Alura Yachting is proud to announce its appointment as the exclusive BAVARIA YACHTS dealer for Portugal, including Madeira and the Azores.
This new partnership brings together two established names in the yachting world, with Alura Yachting representing the full range of BAVARIA sailing yachts and motor yachts across Portugal.
A Legacy of German Yachtbuilding
Founded in 1978 in Bavaria, Germany, BAVARIA YACHTS has grown into one of Europe’s most established yacht builders, with more than 42,000 sailing yachts and motorboats built over its history.
The brand’s pedigree is rooted in German engineering, precision manufacturing and a clear focus on creating yachts that combine performance, comfort and intelligent design. For more than four decades, BAVARIA has developed a reputation for building yachts designed not simply to look beautiful, but to be enjoyed – from relaxed days on the coast to longer adventures at sea.
Today, that heritage continues through a modern range of sailing and motor yachts, bringing together BAVARIA’s longstanding experience with contemporary design, advanced production and a distinctly European approach to life on the water.
For Alura Yachting, becoming BAVARIA’s exclusive representative in Portugal is a natural extension of our commitment to offering clients exceptional yachts backed by specialist knowledge and highly personal service.
BAVARIA Sailing Yachts | Lagos
Our dedicated BAVARIA Sailing office in Lagos will represent the brand’s sailing yacht range, bringing BAVARIA’s renowned combination of German engineering, intelligent design and comfortable cruising to sailors throughout Portugal.
From relaxed coastal cruising to longer adventures, BAVARIA sailing yachts are designed around the experience of being on the water – combining performance, practicality and contemporary interiors with the quality and precision associated with the BAVARIA name.
With Lagos at the heart of the Algarve’s sailing community, the new location provides an ideal base for clients looking to explore the BAVARIA sailing range and find the yacht that best suits their ambitions.
BAVARIA Motor Yachts | Vilamoura
Our BAVARIA Motor office in Vilamoura will focus on the brand’s motor yacht range, offering clients the opportunity to discover BAVARIA’s distinctive approach to performance, comfort and contemporary design.
Vilamoura provides an exceptional setting for the motor yacht division, with its marina, coastline and vibrant yachting lifestyle creating the perfect environment to experience the BAVARIA range.
Whether for weekend escapes, extended cruising or simply enjoying time on the water, BAVARIA motor yachts combine effortless usability with the comfort and style expected of a modern yacht.

Looking Ahead
The partnership extends beyond our two established Algarve locations. A dedicated BAVARIA office in Lisbon is planned for 2027, further strengthening Alura Yachting’s presence and allowing us to serve clients across Portugal from three strategic locations.
Our representation will also extend to Madeira and the Azores, connecting BAVARIA YACHTS with owners and boating enthusiasts throughout Portugal and its islands.
“We are extremely excited and proud to represent such an iconic company as BAVARIA YACHTS. We look forward to building a strong and long-term relationship together.”
