The Brand
Aquila’s journey began in 2012 through a collaboration between Sino Eagle Group, MarineMax, Lex Raas, J&J Design, and Seaway, with the goal of creating catamarans designed specifically for power, not adapted from sailing hulls. Their first flagship, the Aquila 48, quickly set new standards, and today the brand offers models ranging from 28 to 70 feet.
Aquila’s state-of-the-art facility in Hangzhou, China, spans 27 acres and manages every stage of production in-house, from composite construction to testing and quality control. In 2025, the brand unveiled a refreshed identity under the tagline “Out There Starts Here”, reflecting its focus on meaningful design and genuine connection with the sea.
