Last week, Alura Yachting had the pleasure of attending the Cannes Yachting Festival 2025, marking our very first appearance at an international boat show.
Represented by Ricardo Martins, Alura proudly joined the event following the recent announcement of our partnership with FIM Yachts as the exclusive dealer for Portugal. The timing could not have been better, allowing us to immediately represent the brand on one of the most important stages in the yachting world.
For Ricardo, this debut was a milestone moment. Meeting industry professionals, discovering the latest innovations, and welcoming clients onboard the FIM models on display. The enthusiasm at the FIM stand was tangible, with many visitors drawn to the brand’s unique blend of Italian design, innovation, and craftsmanship.
One of the highlights of this year’s festival was the exclusive preview of the FIM 560 Contessa, the shipyard’s first Sport Fly yacht, ahead of its official world premiere in September 2026. Sleek, dynamic, and elegant, the 560 Contessa introduces a new chapter for FIM. With exterior design by aLOT and interiors by NEROCARDINALE, the yacht combines refined proportions with functional new spaces while staying true to the brand’s DNA.
Among its most notable innovations is a patented emergency flotation system, a world first, designed to guarantee safety in case of impact or hull breach. Developed with Designworks, BMW Group’s innovation studio, the 560 also carries forward the FIM Driving Experience, ensuring an immersive and intuitive connection between owner and helm.
Alongside the preview of the new 560 Contessa, visitors could explore two of FIM’s most iconic models from the Open line: the flagship 500 Regina and the versatile 440 Regina. Both impressed with their modular layouts, premium finishes, and the innovative use of eco carbon and sustainable materials, which reduce environmental impact without compromising strength or luxury. This forward-thinking approach highlights FIM’s dedication not only to refined design but also to more responsible yachting.
Looking ahead, Alura Yachting will be at the Salón Náutico Internacional de Barcelona, taking place from 8 to 12 October 2025 in Port Vell. We look forward to welcoming clients, partners, and friends there, and to continuing our journey of representing FIM Yachts in Portugal.
